Platform subscription, domain registration, hosting and paid third-party services are the client’s responsibility unless expressly included in the agreement. 6.3. I am not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, their pricing, availability or functionality. 7.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 7.1. Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered work for their business purposes. 7.2. Until full payment is received, all rights remain with me. 7.3. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, on this website and in promotional materials, unless agreed otherwise in writing before the project starts. 7.4. Third-party assets — fonts, stock images, icons, plugins — remain subject to their own licences. 7.5. Working files, including Figma sources, are provided only where expressly agreed. 8.0 AI-GENERATED CONTENT 8.1. Some deliverables may include images, video or text created with the assistance of AI tools. 8.2.
